Did you ever think that you would be told that you CAN EAT MORE and WEIGH LESS?

Well today is your day! If you eat more whole foods, fruits and vegetables, you CAN eat more and lose weight! This past week we had my great friend and Holistic Health Counselor, Eve Cannon, present on a fascinating topic called “Eat More, Weigh Less.” One of the distinctions that she pointed out was about the Caloric Comparison.
