There are many people who walk around everyday suffering from some type of neck and shoulder discomfort. Some have neck pain and tightness, some have headaches and migraines, some have radiating shoulder and arm pain and some suffer from a combination of them all! Regardless of which symptom you have, it is very likely that these symptoms are related to an abnormal posture in the neck and should region.
In order to help alleviate this pain and discomfort, we decided to put a small video together demonstrating some easy stretches that can be done on a daily basis to improve range of motion in the neck and to decrease your neck and shoulder discomfort. These are great stretches that many people could benefit from using, but there are small demographics that may find this very difficult.
